About Our Adult Walk - In Clinic

The Union County Health Department offers a clinic that offers individuals 12 years of age and older the following services:

  • Tuberculosis Screening (TB Screening)
  • Blood Pressure Screening
  • Adult Vaccinations
  • Childhood Vaccinations for Children 12 to 18 years of age. (Shot record is required for any childhood vaccinations.)

This clinic is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.  No appointment is necessary.  Payment varies for services, we accept Medicaid, CareSource and Molina and a sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance.  We do not accept private insurance for any of our Adult Vaccinations.  We do not bill Medicare for any of our Adult Vaccinations.

  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
  • Pneumonia 
  • Shingles (PLEASE CALL FOR AVAILABILITY.)
  • Tetanus/Pertussis (TDAP)
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)
