The PDF is a list of fees that are charged by the Environmental Programs of the Union County Health Department. State fees vary from program to program and all fees are subject to change. This list is to give you an idea of the costs to be incurred, but is not considered the final cost. Call the Health Department for the final price which will include the state fee.
