When: Feb. 18 from 10am-2pm
Where: Liberty Twp Bldg, 21463 SR 347, Raymond
Who: Open to anyone age 6 months or older
What: Both H1N1 and seasonal flu shots available.
Cost: H1N1 vaccination is FREE. Seasonal vaccination is $10 for children age 18 years and younger, $20 for adults, FREE for individuals with Medicare/Medicaid. |
