WHERE: Union County Health Department, 940 London Ave, Suite 1100, Marysville
WHAT: Both H1N1 & seasonal flu vaccinations are available
WHO: Open to anyone age 6 months and older
COST: H1N1 vaccination is FREE; Seasonal flu vaccination is $10 for children age 18 years and younger, $20 for adults, and FREE for individuals with Medicare/Medicaid |
